Refund Policy

At ConvictionCareFormulations, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@atcpharma.in with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging or seal
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective)
- Products that have been tampered with
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of all products for every customer.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately at convictioncareformulations@gmail.com.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective product, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.
