Refund Policy

At ConvictionCareFormulations, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@atcpharma.in with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective)
  • Products that have been tampered with

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of all products for every customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at convictioncareformulations@gmail.com.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective product, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.
